Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

14-day refund

If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of any charge (a monthly plan or usage above your plan) and we refund that charge in full. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email hello@onceproof.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt from our payment partner Paddle. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Billing in the console. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
