Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Onceproof.
The service
Onceproof checks the refunds and customer credits your AI agents ask for against your policy, sends them to your Stripe account once, verifies the result and records it. It does not hold or move money itself; your Stripe account does.
Your account
Keep your password and your agents' API keys secret, and give people only the roles they need. You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including your policies and approvals.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. The 14-day trial needs a card and is free if you cancel before it ends. Verified actions above your plan's included amount cost 5¢ each and are billed with the next invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use Onceproof to break the law, to move money you are not authorised to move, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend a workspace that does, and we will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and reconciling, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. When Onceproof cannot confirm an outcome it reports it as unknown rather than guessing.
Liability
You remain responsible for the refunds and credits made on your Stripe account. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email workspace admins before the change takes effect.
